Happy New Year!
The last 3 years have been tough for everyone, and our office was no exception. Whilst experiencing the many challenges, we took some time to reflect and focus on our communication skills and cultural development in order to become a stronger and more unified team. This desire to improve our culture and abilities as core strengths, will no doubt benefit the team approach we continue to develop in 2023.
We have completed a number of exciting projects in 2022, which has enabled a springboard in securing a number of inspirational projects, both in high-end individual and multi residential developments. Understanding the challenges that lie ahead, we feel well equipped to hit the ground running as a unified, energetic, and inspired team.
We are extremely excited, and I am especially looking forward to the new year and the opportunities for Finnis Architecture, Interiors and Communities.
