Oakwood is an international serviced apartment operator who are currently running another large serviced apartment complex in Brisbane. The 98 hotel rooms which sit above 56 residential apartments are in good hands with Oakwood’s experience in residential living aligning with the developer Barnes Captial’s vision .
The managing director of Barnes Capital, Martyn Barnes, has said that “he is confident that Oakwood’s expertise in residential living will not only support the overall precinct revitalisation plans but bring to life Spectras Vision of a new way of life in a real and exciting way”.
