En Vue Apartments have recently been shortlisted for the Bayside Built Environment Awards in the best medium-density housing category.
The awards raise community awareness of design, landscape and heritage issues, publicly acknowledging architects and designers who have positively contributed to the city’s built environment.
En Vue is a newly developed exclusive selection of twenty-two luxury one, two and three-bedroom apartments in the heart of Bayside, Sandringham. The modern façade of the development was designed as more of a cohesive unit as opposed to individually segmenting and highlighting each apartment as its own.
The awards will be announced on the 17th of October.
