Elwood Residence

The Elwood Residence takes advantage of the limited amount of space on an existing property to create a new dwelling on a tight site.

The subdivision and addition to the property utilizes the maximum amount of living spaces whilst challenging the team to create innovative solutions to address daylight and space.
