Enhancing space and light are essential considerations in terrace development, especially when faced with limited natural light. Despite the challenges, we acknowledged and embraced the constraints, resulting in a luminous and spacious renovation that exceeded our client's expectations. By strategically capturing sunlight in living areas and natural light in bedrooms and service spaces of this two-storey, three-bedroom home, we delivered a transformative solution.

By incorporating neutral tones, natural timbers, and expansive floor-to-ceiling glass, we seamlessly achieved a beautifully open-plan design. This revitalised the once cramped and outdated dwelling into a free-flowing, rejuvenated space.
